Steve Haberlin's picture
Steve Haberlin is an assistant professor of education at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia. He holds a Ph.D. with a specialization in elementary education from the University of South Florida. His scholarship focuses on instructional supervision of teacher candidates, teacher preparation programs, Zen and mindfulness within supervision, and qualitative research methodologies. His experience includes supervision of teacher candidates in a research-1 teacher program and working as a k-12 teacher for 10 years, including teaching gifted students in a variety of settings. His research has been published in journals including Action in Teacher Education, the Journal of Educational Supervision, Gifted & Talented International, the Journal of Practitioner Research, The Journal of Poetry Therapy, and the International Journal of Education & the Arts.
